Release of 1.14.2

JSXGraph v1.14.2 is a patch release that fixes two further issues with boards that are invisible at initialization time and become visible later on.

The first issue affects boards whose coordinate system is defined not by a bounding box, but by explicitly specifying unitX, unitY, and related attributes. The second affects a board that is initially invisible but resized with setBoundingBox() before it becomes visible.
