Element

A line segment orthogonal to a given line, through a given point not on the line,

A perpendicular consists of two elements: a line segment and a point. The line segment is orthogonal to a given line and contains a given point and meets the given line in the perpendicular point. The point is available as sub-object .point.

Usage (signatures)

board.create('perpendicularsegment', [l, p]);

The perpendicular line will be orthogonal to l and will contain p. The perpendicular point is the intersection point of the two lines.

Order of parameters is irrelevant.
