The 5. International JSXGraph Conference will bring together developers and teachers, instructors and designers who are interested or already experienced in using JSXGraph to enhance digital learning of STEM topics.

The 5. International JSXGraph Conference will take place online between the 8th October - 10th October 2024.

Conference format

The 5. International JSXGraph Conference is an entirely online conference, free of charge. All participants are required to register , registration is open.

Details about the conference software will be announced through the conference system (moodle).

The conference is organized by the Center of Mobile Learning with Digital Technology at the University of Bayreuth , Germany.

Examples using the CAS of JSXGraph

A hands-on tour of some new 3D elements

Aaron Fenyes aaron.fenyes@fareycircles.ooo Abstract Over the summer, JSXGraph gained some new 3D elements and capabilities. This short workshop will help you start using them in your constructions. After seeing examples of the new features in action, you’ll have time to explore them yourself by building on JavaScript templates that I’ll provide. The new 3D elements include spheres, circles, polygons, and a few gliders and intersections. The new capabilities include “virtual trackball” navigation and depth-ordering for points.
